I am writing this email as my last resort. I have joined the Gym in May 2023, I was believed that I will get a free month of gym in June And first instalment will only go off in June 2023. June came and the amount that was agreed on was almost double I then contacted the branch, cut long story short I was then compensated with July ‘August’. My account was only sorted around the 20th July, when question this I find that June payment is actually for the month of June according to the “Manager” Micheal. They never return my calls, I have requested a call from the reginal manager nothing 2 weeks later.

I need assistance cause Danny and Micheal.
