Planet Curtains Oriental Plaza

I ordered two pedestals to be made at Planet Curtains on 2019.03.30. I paid a deposit of R400 on this date. I was supposed to collect the pedestals the following Wednesday 3 April. On the 3rd April the pedestals were not ready. I was told it would be ready by the Friday. I kept phoning. In the end I was told to collect the pedestals on Tuesday 16th of April. When I got there, the pedestals were not there. The attendant said I could go with him to the factory, that is a few blocks away from the Oriental Plaza. When I got to the factory, the pedestals were not what I had in mind. The pressed wood was much thinner than expected and the sides were not edged as promised. I asked if I could rather have my deposit back. I was promised that my deposit of R400 would be returned the next day. After several whatsups to two contact numbers: ********** and ********** and quite a few promises that the R400 would be paid, it is still not paid. I have also contacted the Oriental Plaza on their website to explain the situation and have not heard from them.
