Extreamly bad service by PlanB builders

PlanB builders owned by Toni Di Paolo was given a job at my flat in Umhlanga to paint the flat and to tile and also replace cupboards on the patio. On completion he sent me photos and then I paid him for the job even though he did say that there was an area that he had not finished painting as the wall was still wet due to a leak from the above flat and would complete the painting when dry.

When we arrived at the flat from JHB about 2 weeks later we discovered that the patio doors he replaced, had very poor locking devices causing the doors to open and the wind then smashed them and damaged them badly. We contacted Toni as soon we arrived and he arrived a day or so later. He immediately accepted responsibility but he said he will come back at a later date as he was very busy and would fix the cupboards when he finishes the painting that still had to be completed. After some months had past and the wall had not dried I sent him emails and messages to not worry about finishing the painting but to fix and repaint the broken patio doors. He ignored my emails and messages until an argument occurred and he finally said he would come and sort out the doors 6 months after the damage had occurred. He arrived and fixed the cupboards but when painting the cupboards he just touched up the doors and I said you need to repaint all the doors as the paint won't match the old paint. He promised me that it would dry to the same colour. Needless to say it never dried to the same colour and he blatantly refuses to repaint all the cupboards.
