Bad business

Sent my 55 inch led tv for repairs to these people thats situated in the hive in mitchells plain only to hear that another customer dropped something on my tv screen which caused some deep scratch marks. All they gave me was a name and nr of that customer and said i should sort it out myself whenever i find this customer. Up to today his not answering his phone while i still had to pay full amount for the repairs. Dont ever trust these people with your electronics please because now i sit with a 2yr old damaged tv.
