Placement Partner is probably the most useless system any recruiter can use. As a job seeker it doesn't allow you to save a profile. Instead every time you apply for a position, you are required to complete the same form with the same information. Frankly I don't know why recruiters use this platform. I do understand that it is beneficial for recruiters receiving information in the same format. But allow me as a Job Seeker to register my CV and information that I don't have to fill it out multiple times.
