Worst service experienced at Placecol

I went into Placecol Watermeyer for acrylic nails and a hollywood wax.<br> Firstly my cuticles on my nails were not cut, no cuticle oil was app****, no cream was app**** and no touch up! She put the nails on, filed them down, cut me on my cuticle, app**** the paint, and that was that. It was obviously done in such a hurried matter as I had asked her to apply nail varnish to my nails (told me that I should have booked extra time, guaranteed I did not know that this was the case as I usually never have nails done) and that was the end of our session.<br> My wax was then done (I usually have it done with an amazing girl who completes it in under 10 minutes)! However I had a different girl. She did have a good heart though but the wax was not ready, she app**** and app**** and app****. I am so bruised, I still have left over hair in the area and she left pieces of wax on the area. She gave me a lotion to apply to remove the extra wax, but that did not work.<br> I paid R565.00 for what I think is the worst service I have ever received and will never go back to Placecol again!!
