WORST FIRST EXPERIENCE!!!!

On the 21st of November my boyfriend decided to treat me to a manicure we were in Secunda and they don't have a Sorbet or Perfect 10 so I settled for Placecol which I now regret, i did what I normally do on my nails which is gelish and 7 days in my nails already started peeling,my bf then went to the salon to complain he was then told i had chosen to do a cheap treatment that is why my nails where peeling????? I was shocked that this was not the first time i was doing my nails I have used bio sculpture before but i still prefer gelish i used it all the time and have never had any problems with it,my issue is the way this complaint was handled insinuating that i didn't know what I was talking about,i then called the branch as i stay in Jhb the 'manager' then told me that the flyer clearly states that in 14weeks i must do a refill which I am aware of but it hadn't even been 14days my nails were peeling from the top and not the bottom i had an issue with,this was obviously a bad job done as the gelish is also cracking,a simple apology was all i was asking for but the way she became evasive is shocking,needless to say i would never use placecol again or recommend it to anyone.
