Worst Facial, most UNFRIENDLY THE******

I went in for a facial. The the****** was UNFRIENDLY from the moment I stepped in. She did not greet me, neither did she introduce herself. She just asked me which facial I am here for. I told her I was unsure of the actual name but could show her on the pamphlet. She simply said she didn't have a pamphlet to show me. I then walked out of the the******s room to the counter at reception and pulled a pamphlet and showed her which treatment I was there for. That was laziness on her part, not a great start.<br> <br> Then it was downhill from there. She continued to tick the boxes and mechanically did the facial but never cracked a smile once. This was a R450 experience which I wanted to be special, kind and courteous. A pamper session is what I expected. <br> <br> She is definitely not going to get any fans or repeat customers. I am never returning. This is a small town where service is EVERYTHING. In fact I did complain in view of a a few potential patrons when the manager asked me how the facial was. I was very honest and very constructive in my feedback. The the****** while not overtly rude, made me UNCOMFORTABLE. Many of my friends warned me of the service at Placecol. I wish I listened.
