Update

This is an update to my previous 'Placecol Kyalami Corner' review.

After this subpar service I left a message about it on the main placecol website. The customer care lady rep**** to me the next they sincerely apologizing and informing me that they'll investigate. Few days later I got a call from the Kyalami branch asking me if I was willing to have another appointment with them. I wanted to give them another chance and it was worthy. When I went there for the appointment Vinolia showed me her expertise and skill. I'm happy I gave this brand and branch another chance. I look forward to booking another treatment, maybe a massage this time. As a result I am changing my review to 4 stars.
