Turned away without assistance

i booked a facial at placecol. firstly i had extractions done using just tissue, no gloves even thou body fluid was excreted. secondly, following the facial the extractions done were more sore than any other time and half of the places were not extracted. upon going back to the store i was told by a lady to wait and the person who did my facial would help me before i leave as she had an appointment that was running late and my process would only take 10mins. i was turned away eventually saying that i cud only be helped after 4 that day yet there was no waiting clients. i have visited placecol hillcrest numerous times and have pleasant experiences with old staff but this was unacceptable. she never even attempted to reschedule when i walked out to leave.
