Terrible service

<p>I won a voucher at Rosebank Mall on 20/8 for a free facial at Placecol.</p> <p>On this day it was fully booked.</p> <p>The lady said I can only redeem on a weekday, I told her this is not possible as I work in Midrand.</p> <p>She took down my details and told me she will find out from her manager if I can redeem this at Midrand as this was covenient for me. She promised to call the same day or latest the next day.</p> <p>I never received a call. 5 days later still no call.</p> <p>I called today and spoke to the manager.</p> <p>She was very unhelpful and rude, spoke over me not allowing me to speak.</p> <p>I told her I will complain and her attitude was that is fine, go complain.</p> <p>When I asked for her name she cut the call on me.</p> <p>I called back and told her that was very rude.</p> <p>Her name is Maureen.</p> <p>I am glad I did not redeem this voucher with them as their attitude is terrible.</p>
