Terrible customer service

Made an appointment at Placecol in Celtisdal to have my hands waxed for an upcoming wedding this weekend. Due to loadshedding,they could not give me a call to cancel the appointment but i did show up on time. When i got there,the lady informed me that she would call me when the lights were back on and resume with my appointment. Its now the next day and i havent received a call back.
