Staff doesn't know what they are doing

I Went to Placecol in Vaal mall to shape my eyebrows and I was assisted by a lady who's name is Simone . I told her what I wanted done and asked her if she knew what she was doing as it was my first time as I normally do this at dream nails in Cresta Mall and they have never let me down. Well she did the shaping and the result is terrible it shows that she had no idea what she was doing as my eyebrows are worse of now than they were before she waxed them. I can not even put on make up properly because they look so bad and this is embarrassing since this is my face. PLACECOL VAAL MALL Should train their staff I will never go back there again they totally messed my brows
