Skin waxed off during eyebrow shape

<p>On the 3rd of April 2016 I went for my chemical peel and brow shape at Placecol Woodlands mall. Unfortunately for me the the****** who used to do my face was no longer there. I was then transferred to a lady called Kele who waxed my skin off. Yep the skin on my eye was chopped off; this was during an eyebrow shape. To top everything the chemical peel as still in motion while she was shaping my brows. She had to neutralised the chemical peel as I was bleeding and in pain. I went to hospital and met a nurse who told me that her skin was also waxed off and she bled all over the place during her consultation; she advised me never to go to Woodlands Placecol again but try Brooklyn or Moreleta. Today is the 9th May 2016; I am still waiting for the reimbur*****t of the hospital bills they promised me. Placecol has cost me so much; I have to try different products for this scar as I work with people and cannot afford to look like a scarecrow. How does Placecol employ people without giving them proper training? The lady who did this to me never called me to even check the damage she did; life just goes on.....Placecol is a big company; a few unhappy clients don't make a difference I guess.</p> <p>I had to take 3 days leave from work and then looked for ways to cover the scar.</p> <p>Don't go to Placecol Woodlands if you love your skin!!!!!!</p>
