Poor planning
I was phoned 2.5 hours before my appointment to be advised that there are renovations in progress and my appointment would have to be postponed to a different day. I don't find it acceptable that appointments are being agreed and then cancelled at such short notice. You have to be willing to not take appointments for the time being until you are sure that the renovations are complete. This has really inconvenienced me and I will definitely not make an appointment again and also advise others against it.
