Poor Packaging - leading to lose of product

<p>I have been using Placecol for some time now and from the very beginning thier packaging for the clean start face wash has always come undone which results in; difficulty in getting the product out but even moe importantly wastage of the product through spilling because the top falls completely off. This isnt ideal because you pay for a full bottle but ultimately get half because of the poor packaging.</p>
