Placecol the Glen- Burnt Arm

I visited the store/salon at the Glen Shopping mall 3weeks ago for full arm wax. The the****** was unfriendly and in a rush and i ended up with burn marks all over my right arm. I forwarded my complaint and pictures to the head office and explained that i would be on vacation overseas thus the reason for my visit. After two or three responses from both head office and the branch no i never heard from them again. After sending a follow last week did i get a response to my ver first email asking me to go in for them to assist with the reaction. 3 weeks later when there's nothing they can do as the burn have obviously healed already. Disappointing to say the least. Service at the Three Rivers branch as well as at The Glen is pathetic.
