Placecol Highveld Mall, Witbank, Terrible Service from *********** christelle,

Saturday, July 7th, I went to do my nails at Placecol, Highveld Mall, Witbank, only to receive a terrible service from an *********** Christelle, the consultant. My nails were not properly filled, bulgy, uneven colour etc. When I pointed out to the Christelle, she became very aggressive and loud. She had all excuses for not doing my nails right. I went back to the saloon on Sunday, July 8th, a complete waste of my precious time and money, again *********** Christelle attempted to fix my nails, but they turned out worse, she was angry. Another consultant tried to calm her down but she threatened to cancel her next appointment and go home. Is this woman qualified to do nails!!! Now it makes sense why the place is always empty, why we all choose to wait for Sobert to have openings. I was desperate to get my nails done over the weekend......
