Placecol Highveld Mall Unprofessional and disappointing service

Bad service I made special arrangements with Michelle to go out and do pedicure for old lady then on a Sunday she comes with excuses that she has meetings and its going to cost her her own petrol money blah blah blah VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNPROFESSIONAL service!!! Will not waste my precious money ever on them or to enreach them!!! Dont bother complaining to Shane the owner just as useless and puts the phone down on you! Disgusting attitudes they should for customer service training!!
