Injury, no products, unprofessional, poor service

I booked two nail appointments in the Three Rivers branch, one for myself and one for my sister. I have gotten my nails done here before and received excellent treatment. My sister was attending a wedding and so I recommended she get her nails done here. When we arrived it was as if we were interrupting a private party, the nail technicians were doing each others nails and made us wait. I still had NSI on my nails from my appointment two weeks prior with Placecol. The nail technician filed the product off till my nails were paper thin,red and painful. This product should be soaked off not filed off! The nail technician then proceeded to tell me I should rather use clicks nail strengthener than get my nails done at Placecol. After the NSI colour I selected was app**** the nail technician decided she would use a glitter top coat. When I stopped her to say I don't like glitter and want plain top coat, only then I was informed they don't have. Me and my sisters nails were blotchy and bubbled and when we said that she was attending a wedding and that this didn't look good, we were told \well if thats how you feel we can file them off"after the damage done to mine we opted to leave."""
