Horrible facial at Placecol Irene

Worst experience ever. I went for a facial, and the lady stank like smoke. I can compare my facial at Placecol Irene to the same one I got from Placecol Ballito and Irene’s facial was rushed, shortened in time and the the****** hurt my skin after I told her. DON’T go to Irene Placecol! I emailed Placecol head office, they just say they are still waiting for the owner of Irene Placecol to get back to them.
