Horrible experience!

Made an appointment for eye brow and upper lip waxing at placecol mall of Africa , terrible experience. Firstly , the lady that was doing the waxing was extremely rough with my face and pushed it around . Thereafter proceeding to remove my makeup with their so called popular makeup remover, after that I had a burning sensation on my face . I had told her about it and then she app**** another product causing more irritation to my face . After , she proceeded with my waxing , she did not ask me what I wanted , she then went ahead applying great amounts of wax , I could literally feel her removing half my eyebrow , but at that point it was too late for me to stop her . After the wax , she then started tweezing , whilst tweezing excess hair , she started being extremely rough and rushed which caused her to pinch my skin multiple times and cause small incisions around my eyebrow . After 2 days , my eyebrows are still sensitive, sore and scarred . I was also left with barely any hair on my eyebrows and uneven eyebrows! Don’t go to this spa !!!!!
