Elaine is the worst example of service

I booked an appointment yesterday with the Placecol outlet and was told by the receptionist / the****** that they were full, except if I can come today (13/04/2016) @ 16h15. I told her that it would suit me perfectly as it's my afternoon off. I arrived at the outlet was met with the most lackluster employee I have ever came across. The nonchalant greeting oozed from her as I was asked what I am doing there (really!?). I told her that I have an appointment today at 16h15 to which she rep**** that it's tomorrow at 17h15. I asked her who made the appointment and she said she doesn't know. I left the outlet and return later as I wanted to know who took down the appointment. She then said that she is sorry and that it was her that made the appointment yesterday and that it was a miss communication and that these things happen and I must accept that that is what it is. I really miss the the****** there (she is currently on maternity leave). She was a sterling example of professionalism and a really good brand ambassador. It's because of her initially that I started visiting the Placecol store. Elaine will do a lot a reputation damage to that outlet!
