Disgusting Service

I had an appointment on Saturday morning...due to load shedding i wasnt sure if i should go or not but in the end I did. only to find a note on the door \closed due to load shedding"..I got no call from ANY consultants to confirm my appointment had been canceled. As I was leaving the store manager arrived and assured me that a consultant would give me a call to make another appointment for Sunday...its now Tuesday and still no call.<br> Disgusting customer care.
