Damage to my daughter's skin

Dear Ladies. Please stay away from Placecol skincare shop in Kenilworth Centre. A lady by the name of Anita a so called the****** focked-up my daughter's upper lip when she went for a waxing. The other employees gave me an email www.placecol.com which when I emailed did not exist. If a solution to this damage to my daughter's face does not get sorted out soon then I'll have no option to pursue the legal route.
