Booking cancelled- staff closed early

Dear Manager <br> <br> I am very disappointed and shocked by the service I received from Placecol , Mountain Mill , Worcester on 2 October 2015 . <br> <br> I made a booking for tummy wax for 6:15 pm. Placecol , like all the other shops, must close at 7:00 pm on Fridays- according to the rules of the centre. When I arrived at 6:08 pm for my booking the shop was already closed. When I called earlier to make sure when they close , the staff member said at 7:00 pm. <br> <br> We hear about clients who don't arrive for their bookings but staff members who don't arrive for their clients ? It is unacceptable. I am beginning to doubt the quality of Placecol's service and values. It was not the first time this has happened. I am aware of several days they closed earlier. <br> <br> I expect a reasonable explanation for what has happened and an apology.
