Bikini was complications

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Placecol The Village in Moreleta Park, Pretoria.

I experienced several complications after receiving a bikini wax from them approximately 2 weeks ago. My first step was to contact them directly in order to make them aware of a problem at their salon and spare other customers the same complications. Instead of a sincere apology I received a statement regarding their procedures at their salon. I was also informed that the matter would only be investigated further should I be willing to submit a doctor's report. Needles to say that the salon will never see me again.
