Bad nails done by Placecol kyalami

I have done my nails with placecol Kyalami on the 1st of November and it was a very bad Experience my nails are coming out in less than a week and I want my refund what pieces Me off is I don't trust them with my nail,That was paid by my husband for my birthday.I want refund and nothing to do with them.
