Bad Bad Bad Service

I went to Placecol Springs Mall they Bleached my hair the Bleach got so warm on my head I felt it burning then I asked the lady why it is like that and she said its my body heat when I touched my hair it was warm and steam came out of it! The plastic clip my hair was tied up with was also very hot! After 3 days I washed my hair when I wet it It felt like glue! Now my hair keeps on breaking off and its tangled I cant get the knots out! I also emailed the head office its been two weeks and I still didnt get a reply from them!
