Appalling service

This is to advise you of how appalled I am at the service received at your Wonderboom branch today (Sunday, 31 January 2016). <br> I made a 10:00 appointment, which I arrived in time for. When I arrived, I was told to take a seat and would be assisted shortly. Shortly became 20 minutes. In this time no-one rendered an apology to me or explained what was going on. A lady by the name of Maureen, who I presume was scheduled to assist me came and said she would be with me in 2 minutes, which became another 5 minutes, by which time I had to leave.<br> <br> I am a paying a customer, and I should not be made to feel like I am being done a favour. If I have made an appointment, I don't expect to have to wait 25 minutes for service with no explanation.<br> <br> I have grown quite fond of placecol for my grooming over the years, but I will not be going back.
