Appalling Service

What was meant to be a relaxing birthday gift for my mother turned into an embarrassing confrontation with an unhelpful Placecol consultant. Granted, we arrived 10 minutes late for the massage appointment. We got to the packed reception to check in and were told we will not be helped because we are late. So we waited for her to finish going on about how extremely busy they are hoping she will eventually offer a solution i.e rescheduling the appointment but to my dismay she just sat there looking uninterested. What upset me the most is that she blatantly **** saying she tried calling me (which is the obvious reason why they request our mobile numbers when booking). As I told her I received no call from them while taking my phone out my bag to double check, she rudely said \that is beside the point". This is certainly not the type of service expected from Placecol. As a customer service consultant myself"
