A no-go for anybody who values their eyebrows

I booked an appointment for an eyebrow wax and tint at Placecol in Springs Mall. Upon arrival, I took to looking at the treatments available and questioned about the laser hair removal- to which the receptionist had to ask 2 different people about (surely she should be trained to know what services are offered or when the machine will be in the store). I then went into the room for my treatment with Angie. She asked what I was having done and proceeded to tell me that "oh, you should be doing your lip hair too, because it doesn't look good" - what a nice thing to tell a customer... NOT! Finally, she did the treatment, asked me to check my brows, although when I looked at the mirror, I could barely see anything because there was so much wax and tint left around the brows. I asked her if she would clear it, to which she said yes. She 'cleaned' my face and then told me she was done. R215 later and I get home to a face full of wax, eyebrow hair everywhere and my eyebrows completely messed up. One has an average shape at best, while the other has a sharp step in it, showing she removed far too much hair. Absolutely disgusting service from a so-called 'professional' place!
