Unfortunate Experience

Horrible Experience (not by the venue itself, but by patrons of the venue) - We (a party of 10 people) visited this venue on 03/04/2021 and endured a rather unsavoury experience. Upon entering the venue, we were asked to sit inside and not outside, where live music was being played (this was probably due to lack of available seating outside though at the time). Not long after, a waitress told us that a table had become available and that we should follow her. I should mention that the general population "stares and whispers" also left us feeling rather unwelcomed as well. In any case, we get to the table and the waitress proceeds to clean it for us, when suddenly another patron intervened and demanded that this table becomes hers (for 3 people - she already had a table as well). She proceeded to "make a scene" and verbally stated to the us and the waitress that "my gat belongs here", and that we should go to her small table (which can only seat about 4 people). This small incident left us all extremely sad and disappointed. The venue did not intervene and assist us. We left straight after.
