Poor customer care at Plaas kombuis Herm****

we arrived at 11.15 hoping for a late breakfast sorry too late. we asked for recommendations waitress recommend venison pie after about 35 min. she returned saying they made the wrong pies please be patient. At 12.45 the pies arrived. regrettably they were inedible we tried and we were hungry but couldn't eat. waitress returned we told her. some time later she returned and said the chef and the owner both tasted the pies nad said they thought they were fine but did not come to the table. the bill arrived for the full amount which we paid. still no owner or chef. we left and will never return. the first people we say we. repeated the story and will continue to do so. so bad!
