This is theft

My parner's late father's Bentley was given to PL Motors in Sandton to be sold<br> On the 4th of October 2014 it was sold by this dealer but no money was transferred<br> <br> From July he was contacted and asked for the money. His first reply was he will pay the money over on the 15th of August.<br> Then it became the 15th of September.<br> Now when he is phoned he actually says he will phone back because he is busy with a client. but never does.<br> So what are you going to do about this?
