Atrocious Service at PL Memorials, Dobsonville Branch

I have just received the most horrific service over the phone from PL MEMORIALS in Dobsonville, Soweto.

I called in to make an inquiry, and the lady that I spoke to had TERRIBLE telephone etiquette. She didn't give her name, would give out the information I needed and hung up the phone on me... I then called back, hoping I could reason with her, and she shouted at me again, and proceeded to hang-up on me again.

I hope the owner Mr. Lottering is aware of the kind of staff members that are working at his establishment. They are a funeral parlour, and therefore deal in sensitive matters and with bereaved people.

I'm absolutely appalled at the service I received over the phone by the "coloured" lady who would not give her name...
