Staff *****ING!!!

<p>Just over a year ago, we used PKM Transport for our move. We bought extra packing materials and had to pay the full amount for the move upfront. Kassie informed us that he was going on holiday and that Kobus will be handling the move for the day. Because of all the chaos during the move, I kept one little corner on the counter of the braai-area, with medium size box-like plastic container to put all keep-sakes that is either left behind on the floor or small items to take to new house and my personal belongings like handbag and iPad ect. As the truck left I started sorting all the small stuff. I noticed my iPad was missing. My husband came to fetch me and he confirmed that he didnt have it either. As we arrived at the new house the truck had already left and finished for the day.... I immediately called Kobus to discuss the issue, but his cellphone was off... We phoned the office the next morning, Anna-Marie asked if the iPad was in a concealed box? Ofcourse not, it was in a safe place where nobody was suppose to snooping around in because the room was already empty, only our personal belongings was in there. She would then investigate with the staff and get back to us.....we are still waiting for her call. When Kassie came back from his holiday, I called to discuss the matter. Everytime saying he will call back but never do. I messeged him many times with no response or reply...... the iPad alone is more worth than the whole payment for the move! I contacted him this week again, he answered in such a vulgar and bizarre manner!!!! Is it really acceptable to let your "professional" staff ***** from your clients and be okay with it? Leaving your clients with cash in your pocket and staff sitting with ****** goods is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Who do you go to with this? Do I have to make a case of theft against the company? Seeing that the owner is ignoring this now! Be careful of this company, they are *******!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
