Bad after sales services

The services to get the business was outstanding, but after sales is pathetic. The broke one of my pots and refuse to come back to me. Send mails, left messages. The assistant claim that they never received any of my mails. Then that someone said that they don’t need to worry about the broken stuff. After my queries and mail, they just block the calls and said that they will take me to their lawyer and refuse to speak to you. Don’t use them!!!!!!!!!!!
