PK VENDING IS A ****!! DONT INVEST YOUR MONEY!!

<p>HelloPeter,<br />&nbsp;</p> <p>I will like to report a vending company PK VENDING (AKA VENDING SOLUTIONS).</p> <p>In April 2016, I responded to PK Vending's advert to invest in Vending Machines with a decent return on Investment. I was sold on the opportunity and the credibility of the company to provide support and training to run my "business in a box" as they called it. To all the business sounds like a legitimate business.</p> <p>A couple of days after, I was contacted by a sales consultant to provide me with the opportunity. We agreed on paying R90,000.00 (VAT inclusive) for 2 machines at Toyota and Hino Midrand.</p> <p>When I went to view the machines, I was only able to see the machine at Toyota, but Mr. Keshwar assured me that the machine was newly refurbished and he would give me 1 year guarantee and warranty on the machine.</p> <p>The machines were handed over after numerous calls in May 2016, and then the trouble started. The sales agreement said I would receive a specific type of machine. That didn't happen.</p> <p>The machine I got was broken and require daily maintenance to get it working. I lost several sales and had to refund people for vend that didn't respond yet their funds where taken.</p> <p>Finally in December 2016, one of the machines were swapped out and an inferior was delivered. I have had countless issues with the new machine including fridge not working, spirals not working.</p> <p>I have contacted PKVending / Vending Solutions without number but they have not responded to assist.</p> <p>This is a violation of my right and the unfair trade practices. The money I invested in the business are not being accounted for and till date I do not even have a receipt confirming that I paid for the machines. In the same way, I do not get the agreed R1000 subsidy paid by Toyota for having the vending machines on site.</p> <p>I able to provide proofs, emails, documents and voice recordings of conversations had with Vending Solutions.</p>
