Threatening tactics
Dear Sir/ Madam Complaint againt the service provider PJ Pro plumbers.
Yesterday the 11th January 2024 a claim was registered ar 07.15 am.
The service provider had not contacted me. It was only at 14h30 when from outsurance Philemon Mokhoshi followed up that the service provider finally made arrangements to visit the site at 15h00. It was only at 16.48 did they finally arrived. Upon conducting the assessment I was told to pay the access, when I requested for the invoice I was told by the admin staff from PJ Pro it could not be processed since she had already left the office.
AT 16.55 the bank details had been sent via whatsapp but still no invoice was submitted. The geyser in the meantime was being replaced, it took two hours to complete the job.
Throughout the night the admin staff of PJPro harassed me requesting whether the payment had been made, I continously requested for the invoice to no avail. In the meantime I sent a whatsapp message indicating that payment had been conducted despite no invoice had been issues.
This morning I received a message stating that since no payment is reflecting in their account the geyser will be removed, I requested them to refrain from threatening tactics. They then mentioned that they are only following procedures, stated by yourself as outsurance.
I would like to bring to your attention that myself and my family have been with outsurance for a good number of years.(please look at the records) in fact I urge you to do so.
Outsurance should either retrain the Service Providers on procedures or strike them off the list, since they have not followed through correctly.(still no invoice is visible)
Highly disappointed at the manner in which this matter had been handled.
