funeral policy ****

<p>Years back I joined the Comprehensive Family Assist brought by PJD Financial Capital to help me when I need them. In this policy I covered my father and my family. But when my father passed away I struggled to reach them, the contact details that are on the policy are not working and when I went to the physical address that on the policy still they were no were to found. So I ended up going to one of the underwriters which is Assupol.</p> <p>At first Assupol knew nothing about this company but eventual they took my claim and processed it. However, I got paid the insured amount of R5000, but the other benefits of the *** which was R6500 then, tombstone R5000 and the groceries R1500 that were promised to me were never paid. I had to take a loan to cover for the costs. So after the funeral I came back and called Assupol who told me that this company is one of their group schemes Assupol cannot help me, I must contact PJD and they gave me the number that does not exist.</p>
