Did not keep their word, said they are to busy with too many jobs, and tells customer to find other provider if they don't like that.

So disappointing! I called before 09:00 and left a voice message. By 13:00 (4 hours later) had no response. Called again, and Pedro said he had not checked voice messages yet. I said that we would like to consider him for renovating our pool. He promised to call me the afternoon with scheduling and procedure. He did not.

The next morning I received a text with scheduling and request for 70% before work starts. Was obviously slightly concerned that he did not keep his word, and now requires 70% before anything is done, so I called and mentioned this.

His response was that I (the client) should understand that he is very busy and has many other jobs, and if this is the way I feel, I should find someone else to do it!!!

Wow!! Seems he has too much work to take on more clients. I wish he had told me this BEFORE going through the quotation and scheduling process.
