Really Unprofessional

<p>Sent my instruments to them to get calibrated, they said they need to send it to their lab before they could give me a price. I havent received any quotes from them but they went and repaired the instuments with out advising me on any prices. When the instuments where done they sent me an invoice, but please note i havent given them any order to proceed with anything as i havent received any prices/quotes from them. When we brought this up they had all types of excusses. They then came up with an idea to give us a 10% discount. When then asked them for a better price ( as they where in the wrong, as we did not send any order and they did not send any quote) they said ok they will give us R1000 off on the invoice we received. When we made payment, they turned around and said that the 10% has now fallen away because we received a R1000 off. But if you take the invoice price they give you without the 10% discount and you take off the R1000, they are not really giving you a cheaper price. I will never recommend any one to ever go there as they are not professional and they proceed things without orders or without sending you quotes. </p>
