**** Borehole dealer passing the buck

Dear Hello Peter<br> <br> Attached is a quotation to bore underground water. (Attachments will be provided on request I don't know how to attach with the report) <br> Also find the an invoice reflecting amounts paid and the depth bored without producing water.<br> <br> The contractor normally operates in the area and assured us as reflected on the quote that they are capable and have produced positive results at the quoted depth in the area of Taung - Magogong specifically.<br> <br> They have bored a 66 meter hole with no results at their selected point/area saying that it is the strongest point where water can be found in the yard. <br> <br> They are demanding more money to bore deeper as they are charging R260 per meter whilst they have long passed the 48 meter point as promised on the quotation. <br> <br> Now they are rude and dropping the phone saying that they used their diesel to bore the hole and will not assist us to get the water even if they have missed the water condensed spot/point.<br> <br> We did not sign any indemnity form because they guaranteed their services in the quotation and verbally and they did not provide any.<br> <br> Please help!!<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Walter Molelekwa
