PJ Panelbeaters Heidelberg BAD service

PJ Panelbeaters gave a quote to have my son's bakkie repaired. We paid R17000 upfront of R25400. The 13th March 2019 he towed the bakkie from my house. Eventually, after a lot of questions about the bakkie, he told my daughter that he's unable to repair the bakkie. That was in October 2019. Since then, he offered to buy the bakkie for spares. Since it was supposedly irreparable we agreed. He offered us R15000 for the bakkie. He now owes us R32000. Suddenly, he started paying a R1500 or R2000 here and there when we ask him about our money. He still owes us R23000, and always, but always has a lot of stories about the money. Saying he does'nt have it, or he's sick. But always something. My son needed the money to at least look for something else. Please, we are desperate to get our money from this guy. The bakkie has been there for a year without any communication from Peter Diedericks, unless we talk to him.
