Terrible service from PJ appliance repairs

PJ appliance repairs are the worst people to deal with. They fixed my washing machine, which it didn't work after fixing. I have been calling them to come back and check what could be the problem with no success. the guy who came to my house doesnt answer my calls or my whatsapp when i reported their ad on gumtree he claime that he can't get hold of me because i blocked him. Some lady by the name of Patience sent me an email asking me if it's true that i blocked the guy instead of her coming with a solution to help me she's asking me if its true what is that, that is so unprofessional. On one of the messages i told the guy that i'm going to list him and he said he will come the following day which was Monday 25th of April 2021 up unitll today i'm still waiting and no one is willing to solve my problem. This behavior in business is terrible. Take extra care when you engage with PJ Appliance Repairs. Their website doesn't have much info but there is this lady's email address her name is Patience who is not even willing to deal with clients complaints all they do is to take people's money and not do the job.
