Their bouncers attitude stink

ok my sister paid R1500 for the venue her guests arrived from 20:00 and the bouncers turned half her guests away because they dont like the way they walked on the red carpet as they put it she was told bout the amazing platters they will provide but instead she got pizzas and hot chips she was forced to leave at 23:00 because they were finding problems with all her guests. So tell me who pays R1500 for a venue for two hours plus she provided her own wine and glasses i think its a utter **** and bad service rendered they should re-inburse some of that money back i think.
