PIZZA PUG IS A REAL TIME ****!!!

I ordered pizza last night @ around 8pm via Uber Eats, and further prioritize my order. I got confirmation that my order was received by the store and that the store was preparing my pizza. After 2 hours of waiting, I get a message that the pizza could not be delivered. No refund! No communication from the strore. No contact details. No address. Just plain emptiness

PIZZA PUG IS A ****!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! OTHERWISE DO IT ON YOUR OWN RISK! I REGRET ORDERING FROM THEM! I ONLY SAW THE REVIEWS AFTER ORDERING. LESSON LEARNT!!! GO THROUGH THE REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING ANY MOVE.

Wish businesses such as Uber Eats and McD could help bring such business down other reputation are at stake.
