Extremely Poor Service

When ordering via Uber Eats at 18:21(Payment Made and Message received from bank), only to get told that your order has been cancelled(19:40) as all delivery drivers are currently busy.

While waiting for the order, it passed through 4 delivery drivers. One of which was at Pizza Pug, to collect.

So the only thing that makes sense, is not that there were no drivers available to pick up the delivery but rather that Pizza Pug takes orders they can not fulfil.

I will not be using your service or referring anyone to you as I have been doing. Also very disappointed in the pizzas that I have received from prior orders.

Have been using your service for the quality of the pizzas and the service. Since the 3 pizza special started the quality has gone down and down. Receiving less pizza/toppings even when asking for the extra cheese. It is nowhere close to the original special value.
