Worst Service by Pizza Del Forno Ruimsig

Placed an order with the Ruimsig branch which took forever. When I called to follow up on my order 40 minutes later, the lady who took my order (Stella) had the nerve to tell me that I just ordered few minutes ago and further said their Friday's are extremely busy as it's my problem. If you know your Friday's are busy, then manage your capacity effectively Period!! The food arrived after an hour and few minutes extremely cold. The delivery guy was very clumsy and had machine issues that took another 5-10 minutes and he still could not resolve the issue. He kept saying '****' and further explained that he is late for another delivery and that customer wants to cancel the order (again making it my problem).
